April 8, 2019 - The Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment invites eligible community-led partnerships to submit an application for a Call for Policy and Systems Changes to Improve Health. Through this funding, AHW aims to support community-led, multi-sector partnerships in addressing root causes of poor health outcomes to impact population-level health improvements. Stage 1 applications are due July 1, 2019.
Under this grant opportunity, AHW intends to fund three to five projects conducted over a two- to four-year period. Each project should anticipate a budget of approximately $200,000 to $400,000 based on individual project scope.
Projects must aim to address a root cause of one or more of AHW’s three focus areas: Improving heart health, supporting healthy minds, and/or dismantling cancer.
