Project Summary:


Wisconsin's healthcare system faces significant disparities despite overall high national rankings. This learning event aims to bridge gaps between health systems and community partners through data-driven strategies and collaborative approaches to reduce health disparities.

This event will gather health system leaders and community partners to share evidence-based strategies for addressing healthcare disparities. Speakers will present on utilizing existing data, integrating Community Health Centers in outcomes reporting, and developing cross-system collaborations to improve health equity.

The event will welcome frontline healthcare staff and system leaders, including physicians, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacists focused on reducing health disparities.

  • Engaged audience with several keynote speakers of high institutional level knowledge of the topic at hand
