Project Description Narrative:


This project will increase leadership capacity and address health needs of Milwaukee youth through mentoring programs with lay health advisors, by building upon a previously established faith-based partnership. This will involve expanding the number of churches in the partnership, and the development of youth health councils to plan and implement health education programs. The partnership will develop mentoring programs among the churches and youth councils, where each partner has a health focus area of expertise.
