Project Description Narrative:
Phase three of the Mental Health Matters coalition of Chippewa Valley's Advancing Behavioral Health initiative focuses on promoting youth resilience in the Chippewa Valley through sustained efforts from the coalition's previous two phases. Phase three will provide an opportunity to take the coalition's important and impactful work in education/awareness, mindfulness, and data to partnering organizations to sustain further progress toward improving youth mental health.
Phase three of this initiative will also involve gathering best practices and lessons learned from the previous phases to disseminate for replication, modification, and sustainability in various formats, with various stakeholders, and in various communities.
By working with youth-serving professionals, organizations, and the community, the strategies and specific aims of the proposed phase-three work will positively impact the mental health and resilience of youth in the Chippewa Valley and beyond, as measured by the locally developed youth mental health scorecard.
