Project Description Narrative:

Following the successful development of the Healthier Cumberland Coalition—a coalition promoting healthy lifestyles among residents of Cumberland, a small rural community in northwestern Wisconsin—the coalition aims to create a strategic intervention plan to provide knowledge and tools to empower individuals and families to make healthier choices.

Community partners: Cumberland School District, 3M Cumberland, Augustana Lutheran Church
