An Electronic Learner's Portfolio

Project Description Narrative:

The MCW Waukesha Family Medicine Residency Program (WFMRP) has been competitively selected as one of 14 experimental programs to provide a fourth year of residency, which will enhance resident expertise in elective areas. This project is part of a larger project which will be co-funded from other sources.

AHW funding will provide a central component to this project. The electronic learner’s portfolio will be available to residents, allowing them to document their skills and track their learning experiences and accomplishments. The grant will support an Information Technology specialist with a background in both education and information technology who will design, secure and maintain the database web pages, and server associated with the electronic learner’s portfolio.
