Project Description Narrative:

The MCW Biotechnology and Bioengineering Core (BBC) is a multidisciplinary research center at MCW dedicated to providing state-of-the-art equipment and methods to a variety of investigators involved in interdisciplinary and collaborative research. Many of the projects in the BBC are translational in nature, meaning that they directly “translate” fundamental laboratory discoveries to understanding human disease and delivering patient care.

This project will support the purchase of equipment that will supplement the existing strengths in the BBC and allow investigators to diversify their research in such a way that they will be able to reach out to collaborating investigators within MCW and at other institutions to support research related to improving the health of the people of Wisconsin.
